I really need pics

I can't figure out how to add pics, even though I found the perfect one.
I'd love the pic on this site for my file:

I cannot figure out how to make it the right size, but if I could I could probably figure out how to put it somewhere. There are a lot of other pics on Alexis Bledel Web that I like, and if someone could explain to me how to get it in the right size and format for my icon, profile, or signature, I would greatly appreciate it.

To resize it you would have to save it to your computer, open it up in whatever graphics program you use (like Paint, Photoshop, Corel, or whatever you've got), and then you can resize it to your liking in there.

Is that what you mean? Just resizing, right?
